Near metro Plaisance. About 25 minutes away from la Sorbonne with one metro change.
Bus line 58 is also running nearby

Furnished 2 bedroom flat, 65 sqm, 18th and top floor, 2 elevators, in modern building.
Very bright, facing south west, 
with far views over Paris, especially on some famous monuments from the southeastern end of the balcony, around the corner of the building, looking northeast

Availability - Rates

Available early September 2013, preferably for at least 6 months,
for peaceful, careful and tidy renters. 
Students accepted if careful/peaceful and if adequate guarantees are provided.

Monthly rent : 1,800 euros including charges of the building (central heating included)
Additional costs : electricity, hot water, telecommunications

Reasonable relocation fee.

Refundable safety deposit (usual in France) : 3,600 euros (= 2 months of rent)
